Post code gangs

I first heard about post code gangs about 6 months ago and thought that my brother was just winding me up about the good people of Wolverhampton.

It seems that it wasn't wind up at all and now I'm starting to see gang taks on walls and bus shelters accross the city.

Whether the gang in question is B66AMP or B6LOZ, I really am forced to ask what's gone wrong ?

Just how sad an pathetic does some gun toteing litlle berk have to be to define themselves by their post code ?

I heard my eldist boy 22 talking about coming from the Ghetto,

I had to remind him that most of the houses in the ghetto That he was from were out of our price range, and that being brought up with a telly in every room ,Two holidays a year, unlimited internet access, dole money on tap and Mum to do your washing hardly made you one of the Cripts,

I love him to death

but what a Plonker !!!!! One day he will learn!

As for the post code Gangs,

its a sad fact of life that Boys Fight and somtimes kill one another whilst doing it, in the seventies we did it in the stands of football grounds pub car parks and even between different tastes in pop culture in the Army different regiments will beat the living Shite out of one another or decide that todaythey are all soldiers and mates and go and beat up a group of Matlos or Airman.as our sociaty has become more wishy washy and grey these kids invent somthing to fight over its a sad part of human nature.

what we have to remember is that in a differnt set of circumstances these gun totting little berks would be the type of young poeple going over the top at the Somme or fighting on the beaches of Normandy. I make no excusess for there behavour you cant ! but I can sort of see why they form gangs for camardree

Chill Elton bro,

I aint dissin da Grundisburgh massiv.

Edit: Terribly sorry, I can see that the above sentence just isn’t complete without at least an “init” and possibly a “fing” but I‘ll be blowed if I can see where they should fit in.

"Innits" can be used anywhere - it's the law. For example, "I aint dissin da Grundisburgh massiv, innit" would have been perfectly acceptable.

I'm not so sure about the 'fing', though, innit.

If that is a fact why the hell aren't they out in Afghanistan? Perhaps it is because someone WILL shoot back.

They lack discipline, they lack respect, they are lazy, they prefer to deal and steal to an honest days work.

I think I read a figure of 23 kids killed in South London 2007, that's something for the Guinness Book of Records
