50-50 that if one really knew how to drive one that one could do it, if U get my drift

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Then again it just might make a worthy chariot for a mulleteer! I can think of one or two real nice spots that I could easily fish with one of them, but which would be illegal to fish from the shore :)

i used to muck around in one off these...what they wont go over is quite amazing...seen one do the whole length of the yellow river in china, rapids and all....not the idea fishing platform though, you need to keep the engine running, and they aren't known for their stealth

corydoras?

I can think of several spots in Poole harbour where it would be very illegal. Could even catch a 20lb bass. But that would be unkind!!

I think I`ll carry a 4/10 in my bag to shoot the skirts off these hover monsters, should they appear.

I know that they are a 'tad' noisy. I had forgotton aboout them needing to have the engine running all the time. Why would they be illegal in Poole harbour though?

JONNYX:

hi

i too used to pootle around in one of these. until i took it over a mussel bed and utterly shredded the skirts. NOT a cheap job to repair.

doh

Seems that the skirt is made of individual sections (80 odd I think) so if you slightly damage one you can repair it or if serious you can replace individual sections for about £8 quid a time.

Normal price £14750, buying direct £12537 + some more discount to help towards expenses getting there.

Looks nice but out of my reach :(
