Here in the south i have never seen the rivers so low for mid October. The Rother is bordering on a stream by it's standards.

Anyone finding the same especially in the south. Mind you took my first 20lb+ pke last week so can't complain but in general i know the locals are not bagging up like they usually do at this time of year..

The Severn has only dipped to it's normal summer level twice this year and neither spell was for more than two days. It's been a terrible year for lure fishing.

It's low for the time of year now - but still 15cm above the summer low.

Species caught in 2020: Barbel. European Eel. Bleak. Perch. Pike.

The wey here is its usual level but has been cloudier overall than usual ,the pond has been the same level for years as we havnt had much difference between winter and summer it seems

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you
