You lot can move over Henry is my man  he doesn't pop his crab and remove the lungs before freezing, he waits until they crack them he freezes the whole lot the shell acts as protection while in the freezer, then when they defrost he takes the shell off. it works very well. My hero   I don't care what he is he's brilliant.

'Henners' is the same when you meet him as he is on the box. Absolutely no pretentions towards greatness. Down to earth, friendly and very knowledeable.

E-mail me, 'Winter' and others if you'd like a photo which brings him completely down to earth.

He does a good show, straight from the heart - you can tell by the number of times he gets bleeped!

H.A. Why don`t you just post the pic? Henry won`t mind? I`ve mailed him re: the proposed fan club

As he hasn`t replied yet, I can only surmise he`s working. To any of us, that would equate to a fishing holiday. But when Henry fishes, it involves a camera and note taking, as well as the serious stuff.

I`m sure he`ll monitor this thread if he`s near a P.C.

:D:D:D

We don`t use J`s anymore!!
