Must try and get the picture i saw a few year ago of a sunfish taken in a trawl at Rockall, it was well over a ton ,it looked like a massive trawl door.

Met Fastd in the Ship,Drummore last night.It had been his first venture to the Mull of Galloway and under Ian Burretts guidance had notched up 5 new species in the one day.

I think they were - tope,conger,bull huss,tub gurnard and grey gurnard. Not 100% sure as we were drinking quite heavily

Just hope he posts up a full report himself. Also gave him a handfull of Snatcher lures to try out:)

So the fishing was okayish then?

Had a big blow up on the Thursday in Luce Bay so the bass fishing was out. I got a few 3lb pollack on the west side on Snatcher lures but Ian Burrett and Fastd and scappernapper got amongst the tope. I think they were off East Tarbet for the tope. Drove past this afternoon and Ians boats were there again. The man is a tope junkie

See one of them Sunfish. They should be appearing off the S.Devon coast this time of year. How abouts I get Mr Holt to catch one? Even one for Norrie!
