A whale of a story.

Schools should have a mental health class starting in grade school to teach self esteem and all other make you a better person subjects. Schools should have a self defense/preservation class in the curriculum as well. The gun boy had to reload several times and of course the police, as in the columbine case, do not want to risk their men until the building is secure. They are afraid to use their shields, bullet proof vests and guns when dealing with a child who has a gun. I have lost all respect for police as peace keepers, however, they are wonderful at filling out paperwork and asking the public for help in solving crimes. Next time there is a shooting in school, call the parents and allow them to go in with guns. Tell the police to go have a beer and watch how it's done!

Well there is no harm in asking. They could have been polite and had a good attitude while making such a request. They probably did not offer to pay.

There are a number of states in the US that have gun laws regarding permits and use of air guns as weapons. So far, in Pa which has a lot of wooded areas even in the suberbs of Phila. no one seems to care as long as you keep your activities inconspicuous.

I have had one or more airguns since I was nineteen. I especially love air pistols because I can use them just about any where. Easy to conceal and quiet when shooting. I just walk along plinking at objects while hiking.

Cats can be quite enjoyable, we have an 18 yr old male that acts more like a dog.

The sadest part is the money that will be lost to aid all the charities and the people, children and servicemen and women.The Rutgers team could have used Imus's sphere of influence, money and broadcasting to further their cause and he woud have helped them. Instead, with the help of the famous black coalition, they will revert back to the victimized, persecuted people. It is really a shame that did not make something good come out of a bad situation.

Time to shut down radio stations that play rap and hate songs and HBO and shows that air racist comedians like Chris Rock. Either clean it all up or shut up. Those poor Rutgers women, time to put them in a shelter. This terrible scar that they just can't get over will surely keep them from achieving their goals in life. Now they'll need medication and long term counseling. I just feel so bad that they may never overcome this horrible circumstance. Give me a break!

I don't know if it's a sad state of affairs or just disgusting but I agree full heartedly. Over here they put stories all over the airwaves about topics like Anna N Smith and nothing else is watched. They also throw the dancing w/fools, I meant stars and Am. Idiots, I meant idols and the other related baloney. Any thing to take focus off the real issues.

Surf fishing, bridge fishing, I bring a bucket with a padded lid to sit on and with essential rigs and bait inside. A fanny pack or shoulder strap lure box, two rods. I add a circular net for bridge fishing. Stream or river fishing, one rod and fanny pack with lures or flies and a retractable wading staff.

Took two years to get to know an old salt who catches 40# stripers consistantly off bridges. He finally shared his home made rigs gear and techniques with me. Never bridge fished before, he is out there mostly at night usually by himself. Bet the house, wife and dog I'll be out there this year.

Those pics get the blood flowing, fishing is just begining in this part of the world.

I love pike fishing and that was probably mid 20's at best.

You do realize that I spent over an hour reading all those posts. Too funny! I can only imagine how much fun you must have at parties. I will read several of them again when I am not laughing so much.
