What Fishing Item Did You Last Buy?

I don't do e-bay but I've given up on finding a super heavyweight travel spinning rod so I just ordered a Cormoran BLACK BULL S Catfish Rod from Askari.

It’s a 2.7m long 2 piece rod that is officially rated to cast 100 – 300g. Travel length is 142cm and it comes in at £67.95.

Hopefully it'll arrive soon and then I start looking for a reel. The the Shimano Navi PG8000 is definatly in the frame at the moment.

Whenever they interview someone in Angler's Mail, they ask what they last caught and what they last bought. I always seem to read this bit first and thought the 'bought' bit might be of interest....

 

So, this is what I've just ordered:

 

Peacock Handwarmer - I only ordered this last night, so I can't give any opinion on it yet, but I was encouraged by the amount of other people who'd plumped for the same product (just log into Ebay and look at the 'Purchases'!).

 

I've never owned one of the reusable handwarmers before, but do love my disposable ones. I suppose the only thing is, if this one's any good, I'm going to want another one!

 

So, what did you last buy that is (remotely) fishing related?

A trakker 6 rod holdall from ebay,,I tried to buy it through AN but the item wasn't listed and there was still 10 minutes left to go

A £4.99 Ron Thompson unhooking mat from (strangely) my local tackle shop. In the past I've made do with bubble wrap and the like, but the angling association I've just joined stipulates that everyone who fishes for pike or carp has to have one and I don't want to rock the boat.
