Hmm swinging more to tiscali.

If you are away from the exchange ( Like me) there's no point paying extra for anything more than 0.5meg BB as you wont get a reliable connection.

I've used tiscali for 3 years no probs.

I used to be with Tiscali, great untill you have a problem. Try calling the helplines, and IF you are lucky enough to get through, you will be greeted by an asian who has less of an understanding of the English word than my 3yr old son.

"Helpline"? You're having a laugh.

 

I also had problems when I came to cancel. Let's just say "I wish to cancel my account" obviously doesn't translate well as it didn't seem to sink in.
