Add on note: 'Toilet Papering' someone's house or yard is a childish prank (and I used to love them) of taking rolls of toilet paper (UK = maybe bog paper?) and winding it around trees and shrubs and fence and whatever else is around.

 

Not harmful but leave a really mess for them. Used to be a favorite thing to to at halloween for grinchy folks who didn't have candy to give out.
