Hi Jimpy

I'm diabetic and suffered badly from cramps. I was advised to take a magnesium tablet every day. Tried it and no more cramp

 

I tried Bio Magnesium tablets and they sure do stop night cramps. However, they made me into a methane production plant and I reckon that on a good day, I could have cleared Wembly Stadium! These days I have a banana each day and that seems to be working OK. Schweppes tonic water still contains quinine so there is a ready source of the stuff there.

Has to be Kia Ora, I'm afraid. I'm revisiting my youth :D

you will probably be disappointed hovis in my youth was brown :D

you can muse over the ingredients then and now but for taste then tasted like brown bread ,now it tastes of nothing

hovis and its miraculous change perhaps was the idea that Michael Jackson saw that made him turn from brown to white?

in Den or Vagabonds youth it must have been almost black :D
