i think they were all fishing "yabbi creek" i thought american english was a pain now its oz english i expect though most of `em are over here behind a bar spilling drinks and being loud and boring and finding their roots by calling ayers rock oolaroo (sp?)

Regarding gudgeon: they are pretty short-lived chaps, and a four year-old gudgeon is geriatric. It follows that gudgeon baby booms are short-lived, and they come - and go - very rapidly.
