I think Elton should be ashamed of himself posting such a frightening photo nearly gave me a heart attack and some of the younger readers may well stop night fishing because of fear of the big shape in the dark...hehehe

 

After over 8 years on medically prescribed steroids I weighed 26stone 10pounds after a lot of effort I weigh under 13 stone and am regularly loosing weight by design - a less than interesting way of eating - never more than 15g of saturated fat a day
