We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

What a fish! That is a really impressive and inspirational bit of angling, a well deserved record.

Very true but 50yds is a bit of a chuck with a livey if you want it to be er lively ,As you say though that geezer has been targeting them for a long time indomitable spirit face and well done to him big water like that must be a bit daunting at times .

The big question is how big is that fish or the Stream Valley fish going to be late in the Season ??? unthinkable near seven?? or bigger even?? steve

That's one hell of a fish. Sounds like it went to the right man. A friend of mine caught a 3lber and that seemed huge!

Started coarse fishing February last year, species so far:

 

Roach, Rudd, Bream, Tench, Perch, Carp, Gudgeon, Eel, Crucian and a Goldfish.
