The woman on the Tram has yet to be tried, let alone convicted and imprisoned.

She is on remand.

The magistrates placed her on remand for her own safety.

Listen, I'll write this slowly.

The Somalis were convicted.

They were sentenced to 6 months in prison.

The judge decided to suspend that part of their sentence.

They were also sentenced to 150 hours of community service which they WILL serve or they go to prison.

 

The scum on the tram hasn't been tried so she hasn't been sentenced to anything, yet.

She is in protective custody because by all accounts given the opportunity she will do it again, she is not well.

If she does it again she may well be attacked by bystanders, She was lucky she wasn't this time.

My feeling is that she will be remanded for psychiatric reports and quietly hospitalised somewhere for a while.

1. Yes I think we'll have to disagree, it's not about race but about equality. Which we in our own country no longer have.

 

2. Yes that article is horrific. Yes they are British. And Yes they are scum. And they will hopefully be brought to justice. But it is hardly related.

 

3. Please do not think this woman is any form of role model, she is a racist and a fool. But she is correct in saying that this country is nothing now.
