Thank you everybody, I am really chuffed. It nearly didn't get weighed or photographed so Steve takes the credit for it being anything other than a fishy tale;

What a lovely fat fish and a good report. I have to say that when I look at your blog it does make me very jelous of those small intimate rivers. Congrats :thumbs:

That's a cracker Rusty :) almost deserves the status of "Lump" The head on shot makes it look even bigger :)

What on earth have you slipped back over the years without bothering to weigh? :o Don't tell me you shook a bream off the hook at Wingham last year because it was only a skimmer...!

 

Great story though, and as others have said it's really nice to see a well executed plan and a smile :)

 

Plenty of time yet before the end of the season too, I bet this isn't the last time you or Steve put a pic of a whopping big chub on here before then...

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music

Anderoo he has offered me a couple of Bream at times but i had to point out we were not fishing for catfish :rolleyes: ,You want to see the size of minnows he catches :lol:

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

have I told you abouit the cruise control on my Volvo ,,,,,,,bla bla bla Barder rod has it come yet?? and don`t even start me on Chris Lythe :bleh::icecream:
