Pole rollers

Now then, I'm on the look out for a new pole roller.

What I can't decide on is whether to go for a 4 legged type with the horizontal and upright rollers. Or go for the tripod V roller type.

Any suggestions and advice given would be appreciated guys.

I use both! I have a four legged roller for the back of the pole and a V to rest the front of my pole when I am either landing a fish with the top 2, or rebaiting the hook.

Four legged for me, try and get one that has the rollers split into two halves, useful sometimes if you have a section or two already resting on one half. This means that you can shoot the other sections back without moving the first lot (if that makes sense! :D )

I use a four legged boss roller for most of my pole fishing.

I do have a small seymo v roller that screws into a bank stick.

I use it for roving or short sessions with a 6m margin pole.
