Its a Frog crossing or more likely toads making their way back to their pond of birth to lay some slimey muck, you need the sign because they play havoc with your cars road handling and are harder than tar to get off the body work!

How about one for eels getting back from the sargasso sea, not too many wildebeasts in these here parts for a sign about them, could have one warning motorists about drunken clubbers coming back from Exeter Quay tho!, any more ideas?

its a coming together of great armies the frogs and the toads the one pictured is the leader of the toads Winston "never on the ponds of battle,etc" ,giving his famouse " up yours froggy " finger salute.
