You could have a bloody good night out for Ten Bob once upon a time

i was offered a "good time" for 10 bob at the age of 15 on my first trip to soho in a dinner time foray from my first job .i might have taken her up if she had had teeth and been under 75

an old phrase for her kind was "painted lady" this one though was in dire need of a couple of coats of creyosote

I play guitar and gig a bit too, Pangolin. Alas, not every weekend. Or maybe that should be "Thank goodness, not every weekend!" There was a time when it was so but now I must admit the monthly residence we have is just about right.

You could put a nice mural up there mixing various biblical and fishing scenes, then midway through a Mass, between the songs, it would give people something to gaze at... "Look there's a fellow up there walking on water, and there he is again feeding the masses with just three loaves and a fish, and look, there's a similar looking chap with a bivvie, three rods, a kettle, a bed and a pair of slippers!" "Now, you're just being silly!"
