Well all of a sudden it's there. How do I resize it to something sensible?

edit note - I suggest Irfanview which is the app I used to shrink it to 800x600 for you. But you gotta shrink 'em before you post 'em. - Newt

Crazy here in Bristol for the past hour. Started with freezing rain, then large hailstones. It's snowing now and very windy. My 14 year old son has just come home in a state having been blown off his feet - he's 5'9 and 11 stone!

Time for some mulled wine.

Help me unhook these, please.

What I did on the advice of Alan Taylor was to download Irfanview, it is really easy and IS a one click operation. Hope this helps.

PS Go into image, then the size you want.

Wow!

Got in the door about 10 minutes ago, dry and this mornings snow all gone.

A couple of minutes ago the snow and wind hit the windows and I poked my head out to see a blizzard swirling around the street lamps.

Now everything is white, and it's getting deeper!!

ps I got to the station this morning - No trains running (About a quater of inch of frozen snow on the ground!). Collected a colleague from the stationary train at Rainham station and woke Brenda up to drive us to work. Unbelievable!!
