White pomfret is a saltwater fish. I suspect they mean pacu.

Pacu already have an interesting reputation outside of their native range and are known as the "Ball Cutter Fish" in PNG.

So a testicle may be good bait for pacu. How would one present that? On a hair rig?

Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
