angling trust poked it's nose in on that ban, claiming at the time it was discussed within thier sea committee meetings, even though the take by rsa was not significent. now captures in particular within saltwater, being deep hooked, bleeding from the gills, they go back dead. Home prepared cooked and jellied eel were supurb, now all there is, is shop bought muck, as that is allowed to continue. It was without any consultation with the rsa. They also reaffirmed the tope take ban,this year, yet again the take was miniscule, again, without consultation. Commercially they are allowed a bycatch. I fear for the free, unrestricted, healthy rsa bass angling next, that stock is sustainable, yet the trust's unsustantiated claims, the stock is in trouble.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
