wake up!!!

When is Tony Blair and his bunch of cronies going to start listening to the people that put him in power? Seemingly, he's too tied up trying to start world war 3 to do anything for his own people. Due to his mis-management this counry is now in a worse state than I've ever known.

One good reason to do something is better than a thousand bad excuses not to.

The UK has the lowest unemployment for 27 years, stable currency, low interest rates, low inflation and an economy in pretty good shape - a lot of countries would kill for that type of mis-management!

That's funny I can remember being out of work for four years (along with another 500,000 in the building trade) in the early nineties when the other lot had been mismanaging the country in various ways for quite a while, they also achieved an interest rate of 15%.

Currently I have so much bl**dy work I don't seem to have the time or the energy to go fishing much!

So what is your particular beef Polly,or is that just Chesters1 pulling your strings? :D

You're building the 1000's of overpriced houses that lead to people taking on mortgages they can barely afford (6 & 7 X joint salaries!!!). The low interest rates only fuel the borrowing fire as people are encouraged to go further and further into debt.

The A level fixing scam also smells of corruption at the top, Estelle Morris is accused of affecting the results and now I hear on the radio this morning the gov't has failed to reach it's targets for 11 year olds. Why are so many students supposedly failing? Did not the gov't promise to increase teachers pay in accordance with exam results? (ie performance related). Great concept, but oh dear! what do you do if the exam results look like beeing TOO good? Well I'll leave the rest to your imaginations, but I think the answer is very apparent don't you?

Jayssus! You'd wanna come to Ireland for overpriced houses! In England, you have it easy. I hear that you can still buy houses for next to nothing, well in the north of England you can anyway.
