I would have thought that would have been a Newcastle player.

 

I'm sorry I have very little knowledge of running around acting like an over paid spoilt brat football.

But if anyone ever tries to bite me they'd be picking up thier teeth with broken fingers.

 

Biting is one thing I can't stand I have a sister who was a biter until someone bit her back hard on the arse: she never bit again.

I think it depends in what context you put biting into. In rugby as anyone knows you get bitten,mauled,eyes gouged out,stamped on you name it.However that is a contact sport so to speak. It was more the way he did it like a little brother retaliating to his little sister who had bit him.

The Meds countries are a bit like that. A spaniard would slap you a brit would knock you out. They just are a very femenine nation the Europeans until you come North like Germany and scandanavia etc when it all changes.

 

It's a bit like the French who at the beginning of WW2 even after getting to see the destruction of the eastern block with tanks and machine guns deciding that there main defence would be lancers on horse back against the germans who laughed so much they put their machine guns down and blew them up with mortars ...True story

Not likely, the nearest they have come to glory was the Kevin Keegan "I would love it" rant year. Still one of my fav football moments when he lost it. How many points lead did they throw away?

He got a 10 match ban, and his take on that.

He want to respect the fact that he has not been charghed by the police with assault by biting the player.

I can't stand football but this whining little primadonna was in the papers earlier this week complaining about the prospect of a three match ban.

I confess that I smiled when he got a 10 match bar and would have laughed harder had he got a longer and harder if he had received international sanctions and a longer ban.

I remember there was a persistent biter at school. He was not in my class, being a year younger, so I don't know the full details, but I do remember after a biting incident that came to the notice of the headmaster, the boy had to sit in a chair at break-time with a label round his neck ( "THIS ANIMAL BITES" ) The punishment lasted every break-time for a week.

 

It seemed to cure him, as I can't remember any subsequent incidents.

 

I wonder what the reaction to such a punishment would be nowadays ? It would probably cost the head his job.
