thanks to mr carter and co (reel makers) a one off ? payment has been made to bt so my monthly payment stays at excessive rather than extreme :(

i have a bit of reading of old posts to do and i see and a new catagory to peruse :)

did hear from my son he`s been posting so will have to see what lies

have been posted.

hopefully a few trips to car boots will provide the same 6500% gain the carter did ,as for the intrepids there safe for the mo. at least i owned a carter and have the pics to drool over in old age :D

Just to put the record straight it was me who suggested a whip round after a discussion with Elton who agreed. Nick in the north was also willing and one other asked where to send money.

No one else came forward, but then Chesters said no, so that was the end of it.

 

Welcome back Chesters,sorry you had to sell the reel but at least you found out how much it was worth.
