The Ashes. Did the Aussies go to far?

No mate I'm not being "pedantic" words have meanings. Who told you that adders don't like the taste of humans? That's just a load of old codswallop, an old wifes tale. Some kid might have read that and thought it was true.

If you think AN is bad for going off topic try Reddit. I was skulking on a conversation there the other day with Richard Dawkins. It went from evolution to Pokemon in two posts :o

LOL...Par for the coarse...

Well here we go again!

Big score by the kangaroos and it's catch up time....And OOPS.....there goes the england captain again!

So, Will it be a batting collapse again?

Well if Roots run calling in the last over is anything to go by then YES!

Carberry and Petersen are the key here as they need to score quickly....

Sod quickly, just score will do and the longer it takes the better.

Did anyone hear Geoff Boycott and his comments, LoL class, better than the 172 all out for the team.

His comment about Root being out.

Miserable lot.

They are not lost but hanging by a thread. Cook really needs to set an example as apart from that dismissal by Johnson being bowled his wickets have been cheap on which a sunday afternoon pub opener would fall too. Root played very well in the last one. Peterson falls for his usual half hearted shots. He can only play his shots with full vigour or nothing at all. Botham was the same when he played. He got so many top edges that went over the slips head i have ever seen as he gave it all and if he did get a top edge it was so powerful it zipped over the top.

Stop fannying about and deal with Lyons early...

Perth will be fun. A few hook shots coming up in that one...

Does anybody think that Johnson 'Slings' the ball ?.

OK so we lost.

Time to get rid of the players that were playing for their careers as that is what it was in this test match . They think they are automatic choices .

Botham is the only commentator who said we were '****' in so many words and the others 'we were not very good'.

Ben Stokes is the only thing that has been a positive for England

Sir Ian Botham's prediction...

I wonder if he will???

"My fellow Unibet Ambassador Merv Hughes has also been spouting off about their chances, but this just goes to show how scared they really are. On the flip side, I'm so confident of victory that I'll personally go to Merv's house and cook him a gourmet barbecue if Australia win this Ashes series! "
