Whoops...accidentally brought this back to the top. Where's budgie when you need a warm weather fish-in. Don't make ME show you how to catch cats...saucer, milk, kittykat, easy. :sun:

Ive rung a couple of venues to try and get a deal on a whole weekend with night fishing and good facilities.Struggling at moment. Several can offer it mid week but week ends are tight. Got a few months to go yet before it will be worth while trying for them so I will keep trying.

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

Andrew Boyd is organising a mullet fish-in at Sun Pier Chatham on Sunday 28th May at 10am if anyone is interested in giving it a try.

(Think float fishing with breadflake for big chub tackle-wise)

  • 3 months later...

A catfish fish-in was mentioned recently, so I thought I'd bump this thread to the top. Maybe we can arrange something?

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music

They'll be some of us down at Sun Pier in Chatham at 10am on Sunday.

The idea is to get newbies familiar with tackle and tactics for mullet at the beginning of the season.

Sometimes the mullet come along to play too :)
