Mitchell wasn't on trial, remember, the case was against the newspaper for libel. He lost it because the judge thought that on the balance of probabilities, the newspaper's claim that he called the man a "pleb" was probably true. If Mitchell had been on trial for a criminal act which hinged on whether he said "pleb" or not, I should think he'd have been acquitted. It would be perfectly possible to have both verdicts without any contradiction!

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

I think as far as the general public were concerned, it was as good as being on trial, and he has been found guilty. Guilty of being an arrogant prat. After all, what kind of idiot goes to a large security gate, on a push bike, and demand that security open it for him, when there is a small side gate there for his use.

Maybe he needed a wide gate to accommodate his ego.

John

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

come on, a tiny bit of latitude is required, he must have been a very fast talker at the time, or his 'f' off speech to the copper must have been totally rehearsed at the time, due to the very little time the engagement took as confirmed on video, in addition there was the so called facts put up by the copper's alleged witnesses, off duty coppers that where no where to be seen again on the video that we all watched. Wasn't two or three of them convicted and at least one was jailed?

arrogant prat well yes, he certainly is.

Within a couple of minutes we discovered that the plane report was wrong. Maxwell was missing from his yacht, which had not gone down. Maxwell had.

Talking about lack of integrity, here's another thief: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1266662/The-man-stole-old-age-How-Gordon-Brown-secretly-imposed-ruinous-tax-wrecked-retirements-millions.html
