Im off fishing tomorow to a lake in thamesmead ( kent ) the lake is full of signal crayfish and im thinking of making a trap from some chicken wire i have in my yard and having a few for supper on my return, do you need a licence to trap these mini lobster's ,even tho they are not a native critter?

However, if you accidentally catch a signal crayfish, it's illegal to put it back....

I shouldn't have to add "read between the lines" ;)

True - just need a licence to TRAP them. Half a mackerel SLOWLY reeled in after 20minutes should yield 3 or 4 signals in one go (my record is 4 on a single sprat!). Mind you how clean is the lake? may need to keep them in clean water for a day or two to clean them off...

my apologies you need adobe acrobat to view which i believe is freely available as a free download

Hiya jimpy. You absolutely do need a .pdf reader but since the Adobe reader is over 37Mb download these days, I strongly suggest the (also free) Foxit reader that is under 1Mb download and is lots faster with .pdf files.

I have to read about a dozen .pdf formatted reports each day at work and Foxit has been my reader of choice ever since I first tried it.
