Editing Fun #6

John E Ashford

Recommended Posts

Here are the rules.

Each person has 24 hours to grab the picture, add one edit and repost the picture. Its basically a "for fun" thing so edits can be serious, funny, trippy or whatever. The picture you post must still resemble the original posted picture. Comments/discussion are welcome on the thread and if you can add a few words on what you did to the image it would benefit others who are starting out in using image editors.

Current List is:

Cameraman

Ollie Jay

The Ferret

Poledark

Steve

Wirral

Wiggles

HB

TB

John

If anyone else wants in or out just shout up.

This photo was taken by an Internet friend, while fishing on the banks of the Tyne with his two sons.

Looking forwad to the seeing the changes, John.

Clicked on image, then adjustments, then brightness and contrast, back to image, adjustments then levels, back to image, adjustments then Hue saturation, back to image, adjustments then color balance. Just had a play around to try keeping color in sky but brightening up foreground.

Go ahead and post it Ollie Jay, you where next on the list after Cameraman.

Just to avoid any confusion, the list exists because some people cannot immediately edit and post due to time constraints, if anyone wants adding to the list its easily done by making a post and you'll be added.

Steve...:)

Den, I've added you to the list above..:)
