the legal channel is very interesting! surprisingly most people using the phone have mobiles i suppose they can either afford to use them or its hard to trace if they let something slip

I suppose it is a sign of compassion by our government to spend taxpayers money to allow failed asyum seekers to stay in the U.K while they work through the endless appeals proceedure ! I would be interested to know what other countries do this, as I would be suprised to hear that this policy is followed everywhere.

 

 

They can and do appeal here in OZ and it does take months to work through as a lot of "asylum seekers''

get rid of any documentation they have saying where they came from. the only difference i think there may be is that some of them are kept in ''camps'' while going through the appeals system and have been known to sew there lips together as a protest of their time in the camps.
