This sounds a bit spooky to me.

Myself and ?????????????

Fishing seems to be my favorite form of loafing.

"Even a bad day of fishing is better than a good day of work."

I know the joy of fishes in the river through my own joy, as I go walking along the same river.

What do you think if the float does not dip, try again I think.

strangely since we have been them our house now has more toys than the kids had when they were small!

with grandparenting comes commitments :(

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Congratulations. Grandkids are fun.

Especially and not only because...........You can GIVE THEM BACK when you get fed up of them!!!! :D

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Congratulations to you both, and to the parents. I know how you feel, cus on june 5th our eldest Kirk and his wife Amey had their first born, Matthew (Matty) She started labour in the early hours of sunday morning and went through until 2-05 tuesday afternoon when he finally arrived. He's a great little chap, and on sunday afternoons he's brought over to see us.

I've had Matt Hayes on the TV when I've eventually got to hold him so I've told him all about him and explained how in the not too distant future the he (Matty) and his dad and me will be going fishing together.

Unfortunately, at the minute, he only seems interested in farting, and consuming what seems to be vast quantities of milk, and then sleeping, but I'm sure when he is grown he'll be there with us.

Little Matty.
