Strange moaning noises coming from around the house, internal doors rattling.

 

Grey leaden skies, not as dark as a little while ago.

 

The lashing rain has eased off a bit too.

 

I think that the South East will escape the worst of it tomorrow, but I'm not going anywhere near the water!

LOL ive been looking at some of the uk seaside webcams, it looks horrible.

The wind is howling from the south now and whipping the sea up. Just took this shot from my bedroom window. You can see the white caps forming

everyone is taking ages to answer the dam door and no one has offered a drink today which is unusual

Howling wind and heavy rain since 8am. Set to last all day.

 

Glad I don't fish weekends... only downside is I have been collared to help with "THE TREE" and the dreaded LIGHTS.
