Theres always satellite ,long as its not sky or freesat ,you can hide away the bbc on a date different set of favourites ,the inspectors would have to scrutinise very carefully to see them but i guess just having the capability is enough to cough up the tax even consoles are now capable ,its time it was abolished and they survived on adverts or collapsed

The annoying thing is half of europe can watch it free

Yes, the BBC does place cookies on your PC and does record any access to live programming and will very soon record access to all programming. They also have a legal right of entry to your home to check.

Dont get caught watching Iplayer without a license, BBC are being given powers by the peoples government intended for anti terror purposes to spy on your home wifi signals to see if your watching "Iplayer"

Film 2016 - Has been ruined by the Winkleman woman.

 

 

 

I remember watching her a couple of years ago heaping praise on a particular film (the name escapes me), calling it the best film since Citizen Kane. However, it was panned by all other film critics and bombed at the box office. So why was Claudia so taken by it? Surely it couldn't be because she's married to the producer....

Mark Kermode would have been a better choice after Ross left. He's a little dry for my taste (more like a step back to Barry Norman) but at least he cares about film and would be capable of carrying the show on his own without Winkelman's supporting cast.

I wouldnt have any types of review programs nor 'celebs' that usually complain the media hassles them non stop suddenly appear when theyre advertising some film or book they are in and i would go as far as to ban any reference to sport as well its just advertising unless they review EVERY other film ever made interview EVERY other celeb on earth and EVERY other sport ,after all we cannot have bias by this independant company can we?

No there isn't.

You need a licence to watch or record any TV as it's being broadcast - even if it's not the BBC.

From next Thursday, you will also need a licence to watch iplayer - but not other catchup services.

 

Anyway, the deed is done, after a last look at the parade of garbage currently on the iplayer, I've just deleted it from my favourites.

I meant it was easier to hide from prying eyes excepting freesat and sky theres no service provider to grass you up

 

Thinking about it you could easily not have a telly connected to anything and miracast to it ,they would then have a big problem as the tv comes under the rules they apply themselves and simply say you only use it to watch dvds

 

You can see my dish but in the living room apart from the tv theres nothing to see ,the satellite box is in the roof above it (very small house) its connected by hdmi but i am sure a wireless link could be sorted if needed ,the tv in the bedroom merely has the cctv connected to it honest mister LOL

 

On a side note as all my stuff is out of sight i bought a multi device remote control dooda ,each device has a transmitter stuck to it and just one receiver on the tv ,pick up any remote and it works with out direct line of sight with its box.

Ps dont eject a dvd with the cupboard door shut though (whoops)

I also have a remote that switches the mains off as well .

I do have a licence but boy you could make it difficult for these gestapo if you tried teehee
