  3. not just catholics Ian I class all religions as cults
  4. Why do we celebrate the torture, dismemberment and burning of Catholics? What other group would tolerate this? and whats wrong with that ??? after all roman catholics should all be in rome shouldn't they ? burn all followers of religeous cults i say.....I'll quite happily light the fire . bet a pope and a few archbishops would burn for days

  6. 17 gallons....... never tried making it myself but well remember the evil, throbbing head concoctions that my nan used to make. One particular vintage of elderberry resulted in a first and only overnight stay in the local nick
  7. Never said there was a "lack" of bass Mr Gathergood, just a lack of sizable fish over 7-8lbs from the shore round here, sure theres a few come out every year over 10 but how many hours of effort from the beach will it take to catch one ? As you've stated on here many times on here that the "housewife" demands plate size fish did you put the bigguns back ?
  8. was working next door to that bank yesterday, couldn't get anywhere near today so went yakking instead at least it's two more bits of trash we ain't got to keep in B+B for the next x amount of years.
  9. I assume Steve G has some commercial interest. He's one of the local ones Ada, Pompey i believe. so far He has blamed everyone from the french to RSA's to the seals in the local harbours for the lack of sizable bass locally but like the rest of his ilk refuses to take any blame himself coz it's his "livelyhood"..........how many more feckin times do we have to hear his shite Nice letter there Barry, can't wait for the response
  10. The bottom line for me is this. Your pleasure causes causes harm to anyone around you when you partake. Bit like drink driving eh !!
  11. front to back, looking down the length of the boards from the lounge. start in the left hand corner of your straightest wall and get two or three rows in before you put the wedges in for the expansion, much easier looks about three hours work
  12. laminate floors are absolutely fine for conservatorys so long as you leave a good 8-10mm expansion gap and put a vapour barrier (plastic DPM) beneath your underlay if laying on a concrete/screed floor and lap it up under the beading/skirting to protect the edges. you could also use a liquid DPM but to be honest the plastic sheet is more than adequate for a laminate and a damn sight cheaper. I'm a floor layer and I've fitted bloody hundreds of the damn things over the last fifteen years and have never had a problem.
  13. I'm sure someone will be along soon to say that blinders don't work anyway Of course UK fishermen wouldn't use them would they
  14. hiya ALp, I'm in Chichester and fish these areas so if you want to try out a prowler13 your more than welcome. Shall probably be out at Selsey first thing in the morning.
  15. The quote at the end sums it all up really dont ya think ? I'm sure the local landlords happy though
  16. oooh how I'd love to do that on the M27 of a morning
  17. nutters, awesome acceleration though
  18. "whitefish vessels willing to accept automatic licence suspensions for breaches of the regulations will not have any cuts in days (at sea)" what the hells that about then ? surely if they are breaking the regulations then you just take away the licence altogether......or is that to simple ?
