Hi Chris, The item you offered him is not a lens it is a 3x teleconverter which is used together with a lens to increase the focal length, if you let me know what model of Nikon and lens he has that would help as the problem may not be the lens, but the body. Well Nursey as I did not have the original file I have tried with the posted copy, I thought as the photo's behind will be of your grandchildren maybe that to leave them in would be nice, I have then given a graduated background which can be changed should you wish.

I use a reversing ring on my Nikon, the good thing about it is you can then use any( in my case 52mm filter thread) lens which means you can pick up some good old lens bargins. I use a Yashica 28mm and 50mm lens with mine. Very good results can be achieved, not necessarily by me.

Hi there, Have a look at the Drennan boilie hook sizes 8,10 and 12, they are very strong, but made with medium gauge carbon wire and have a low profile micro barb together with a reverse bend and wide gap, they may suit your needs. Regards.
