I am not going to spoil there glory but will let you know that they are catching LOADS of skate and look like breaking our record easilly

Hiya,

 

 

Well Norrie, Linda and myself arrived back at Clydebank just before 2 am this morning after an un believable weekend. Spasor, Norm & Tiggs were still up there and heading home this morning

 

In short as tiggs is doing the write up, on Saturday we had 14 Common Skate to 181lb, 4 Black Mouthed Doggies to 2lb a couple of spurs and a couple of LSD's.

 

On Sunday we had I think it was 13 Common skate to 195lb, 1 conger and one spur.

Average weight of the skate was 101lb and the total weight was over 1 ton!!!!!!!

Hopefully attached is a pic of Sandtigers 181lb'er, he got a 195lb'er later on. What a weekend, 26 Skate to 195lb.I wont spoil it tho'as he is going to do a report for everyone,but suffice to say, superb. All sorts of boat records and P.B's broken.

 

 

And as the saying goes, join Anglers Net and see the world....

Jeeeeeeeezus! What a weekend!! Doing it on the one day was amazing but then to repeat it the next day - Quality!!

An amazing fishing trip, with some quality fish caught and returned. Do you keep stats? The new fish seem smaller, any thoughts on this?
