Alan - some 6/0 and larger will be in the post first of next week. 6/0, 7/0, 8/0, 10/0 be OK? I can get 12/0 but they are pricy unless they will be needed.

Sorry to jump in here, but when I seen 12/0 mentioned.. I had to look

 

Having seen first hand the damage a lost Stainless Steel hook can do, they can make a hell of a mess when left in the jaw of a fish for a while.

I can't see the justification of using stainless steel hooks.

Most my anglers fished barbless on our last skate trip. I don't think we lost any fish because of it.

Davy - I don't own a stainlesss hook and plan to keep it that way. Normally inferior metal anyway in terms of holding a point.
