I got better service than that from Okuma, one of my thre epix 'baitrunners' seazed up after about 2 years of use (and neglect) - einstien here decided to take it to pieces and couldn't get it back together again - took it to my local tackle shop, explained honestly what I'd done....seven days later, okuma sent a brand new epix eb40 rrp£39.99 for nowt!!

Nice one :)

I remember 2 stores being hounded into name changes by Harrods, who defend their name with a jealousy which makes Shimano look dilatory by comparison.

One called themselves "Horrids" and the other " 'arrods".

A few years later a family in New Zealand opened up a CTN shop under their family name of Harrod and within a week of opening had a letter from the solicitor of a well known Knightsbridge emporium complaining of breach of copyright.
