Keep it nice please

I thought I'd try an experiment and diced some carrots in several different ways, cooking them seperately in different utensils, but for the same amount of time.

 

I also repeated the experiment several times but varying the amount of cooking time.

 

Blind tasting, I could find absolutely no difference in flavour.

 

And yet when tasting with the blindfold off, I much preferred the taste of the of the ones diced to resemble teddy bears.

 

Strange!

 

Now to try with the parsnips, I might be onto something.

Mate cut a little cross in the base and you can start cooking them early December.
