All Bus Services in Central London now suspended.

all circuits busy voda, all voice circuits busy from canary wharf.

 

 

That can just mean they've instigated operator overload class on all the

networks in cenrral london.

 

What that means is that unless your phone is "special" and above a

certain "class" you cant make or receive calls. They turn it on for

major emergencies so Police/authorities can still make calls.

 

It's likely they've just turned it on for the whole of central london.

We are all in shock here at London Underground Headquarters; we are fearing the worst, our emergency procedures have been implemented it is thought many have died.
