Just spoken to a friend of mine in London, he entered Edgeware Rd station just after the explosion, he said it was not a pretty site, and he's very shaken up. Lets just prey theres no more to come.

tuggs:

all circuits busy voda, all voice circuits busy from canary wharf.

That can just mean they've instigated operator overload class on all the

networks in cenrral london.

What that means is that unless your phone is "special" and above a

certain "class" you cant make or receive calls. They turn it on for

major emergencies so Police/authorities can still make calls.

It's likely they've just turned it on for the whole of central london.

In Madrid, mobile phones were used to detonate bombs left on trains.

Switching off the network to calls denies the bombers that facility.

Only the clocks built into the phones were used leon, the clock works whether there is a network or not.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

My younger daughter (who works in central London)wanted her tea early tonight (I've heard from her, she was already in the office when the news started coming through).

I guess that we'll have to keep it warm for her.

(My other daughter, who lives and works in London is also OK).

I wish that the news wasn't so bad for others today.

Such pitiful excuses for human beings these bombers.

And I wonder how many of London's vital emergency services are in Scotland, looking after Geldof's mob....
