Mrs Newt:

Yep, quite the cradle snatcher he is. He's a whole whopping 7+ years older than me. But he rarely acts half his age which keeps life real interesting around here.

:P

Hey, Mrs Newt, seven years is a mere nothing! My dear lady is nearly 10 years yonger than me - but as I stopped counting my age at 25 she now outdates me by 9 years!

Welcome to the madhouse Jan, and look forward to meeting you and Newt next year.

Guest Mrs Newt

Hey guys - how about we compromise with my name (or handle as we might say in the States). If you look at the change I made to my info off to the left you will see I am now "Jan[JaNewt] and my picture is a sh*t eating grin frog. JaNewt is our business name and the frog our logo on business cards and the websites we are building. Auntie is fine or Jan or JaNewt or whatever. Just don't call me AFTER the boat has left the dock!!!

Take care

How nice it is to see and hear the REAL Newt!! On here at last!! I DID think you existed when I called awhile ago. BUT alas my day was unfullfilled as i didn't get to meet the real BOSS around the Ole' House!! But all that will be rectified next year I hope!!? :D

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Didn't mean to get into the middle of your post, Chris. Still trying to sort out how this thing works. I'll let Newt make all the mistakes and he can show me how to work this out on the weekend. Jan ;)

So, guess I did edit my own empty post which got out there by mistake. Computers - I all but live in front of mine most days but wouldn't want to imagine life without it.

AND, Chris I truly hope we meet next May. Newt is supposed to sort out where in the country you all dwell and then get some form of schedule together (assuming I keep nagging him to get it done....)

Yep, Emz, in the South of the U.S. it is Mam this and Mam that. Makes an old lady feel even older... Now up North, where I was raised, courtesy isn't an issue. On the whole, it just plain doesn't exist.

NO it's not its MAAAAM :P I was in Memphis in May with an exhibition and the wife HATED it, yes MAAAAM, no MAAAM, them shrimps sure taste good though.

Makes me feel REAL OLD when someone starts calling me maaaam. I may be a stepmom, I may be a grandma, BUT old I am not. They say age is just a number, but just to be safe, mine is unlisted.
