This is exactly the sort of comment I said to my mate when we stopped off at a service station after 4-nights carp fishing once. There we were, doing the 'bloke thing' of looking at the women and saying how good looking each one was, when I suddenly took a look at myself. Four days without any form of hygiene....even my mother wouldn't have loved me at that point

Seriously though, returning to thread.

 

This is the time of the year to search the net for bargains in last years winter clothing, many dealers will not want to hang onto last years models of warm winter wear so if you look around you may well find something very usable in your size and at a bargain price.

 

Plus you will be ready for next winter once the weather turns.
