2 years now...i did go as a kid only a few times though and hardly ever caught

looking forward to beating PB's and many hours of trials and tribulations on the bank..

hang on how long to the season opens ?

I've been fishing for 19 years on and off. My dad got me started in the local club match fishing but i'd rather pleasure fish now.

Started when I was 11 years old,I`m 43 now

so thats erm,about 31 years give or take.

Each time out is as exciting as the first

but nowadays I don`t tend to stay out as long.

I got fed up with being an angling widow, so as they say "if you can't beat them, join them", so I did. That was last July and now I'm hooked. Excuse the pun. So I've only been fishing for 11 months. :cool:

My wife had never fished until we started seeing each other about 2 1/2 years ago but she gave it a try and now loves it.

 

And she has to be my favorite fishing partner.
