40 acres with 48 pegs. You can see more at http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/fisheries/wingham.htm. Just follow the pic of me with a perch if it's just the Coarse Lake you want to see about. However there's a gorgeous atmospheric shot taken by our own Julian on the Carp Lake page.

By the way, I've just updated the Wingham web site with the latest news. Go to http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/fisheries/wingnews.htm.

Steve, I think it was the 3rd biggest bream after the 18.06 and 17.14?

Oh, and it was 66 tench not 64...as I said at the time, the first 66 are easy, it's the 67th that's the hard one :D

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music

Thought I would just put a picture up which was taken around the end of September which always makes me feel good every time I look at it and wish I was there. It is a stunningly beautifull place with a great group of people and then of course there are the fish.

Whoops! Thanks for that. I'll make the corrections now.

Edit note: Corrections done. That'll teach me to do updates when I'm knackered!

Oh, and by the way, not only has Alex caught the most bream and the most per rod hour, he's also caught the biggest at 18-06.

Here's Julian's great pic I mentioned earlier. It's of the 15 acre Carp Lake though, but by popular consent the 40 acre Coarse Lake where we have the Fish-In is even prettier.

Edit note: Peggy's putting it up via Photobucket.

Thanks, Andrew. Peggy's snowed under with Xmas paperweight orders at present so that was very helpful.

BTW, Julian's pic is a photograph rather than a painting. It's one of the best I've ever seen, and looks even nicer as a big print.
