i was watching the telly live waiting for the official results ,pity the eu windbags fluffed it up by issuing a statement prior to it being released . :rolleyes:

They did indeed. They also won the European Nations Football Cup the same week.

 

I was rostered volunteer fireman on the Bluebell Railway that weekend, and we had a couple of Danish guests at the railway. After work we drank numerous toasts to a small natioin that had managed to upset the whole of Europe TWICE in a week. Big BIG hangovers........

 

...and yes France voted NO in a referendum. (So did Holland)

 

It is significant that whenever the people are allowed to vote, they say NO - its only the politicians who say yes - after all it's the biggest gravy train invented. (Plus those people who think it makes them look smart, clever and sophisticated to act as echo chambers for the establishment) ie the greedy and the gullible are saying yes.

 

The streetwise people of Ireland realised they were being railroaded.

 

Already the politicians are saying they won't take no for an answer - an insult, not only to Ireland, but to the entire European electorate.
