I thought I might empty the freezer of my deadbaits with a session on the River Rother on Sunday, anyone else heading out?

Day session Sunday for sure. May not catch but certainly gonna enjoy a day of trying for them.

 

No rain predicted between now and then so conditions should be good enough - just cold water since it's been getting well down below freezing every night and not too warm in the day time.

I'm heading out on Sunday, may take my lure rod, float rod for trotting and quiver rod to give me a few different avenues to explore, will also be taking a day or 2 off before the end of the season to catch a late season pike or barbel (no idea how i'm going to do it yet :( )

Its my youngests 1st birthday on Sunday, its also mothers day, guess whos cooking roast dinner for ten!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had two inches of snow in two hours in Norfolk today, the county just about ground to a halt, amazing.

 

But as for fishing, why not? I was stuck in a consultative meeting all day otherwise I'd have gone out. Have to be tommorow now!

Got this seasons last teach in this weekend.Thankfully a lot of it will be in a nice warm clubhouse! Will venture out though.

 

Good luck with the writing Mark.Been toying with doing one myself but havnt got much of interest to say realy!

And thats my "non indicative opinion"!

no chance this weekend, to many odd jobs to complete today and mothers day and girl friends birthday on sunday

 

looking at getting a full dawn till dusk in on tuesday though :)hopefully the weather may have warmed up a bit by then
