Hi all well just joined forum today..n hope to make some new friends.

 

im an avid irish fisherman. who loves the coarse fishing that ireland has to offer.

 

if any of you have been,then you'll know the bin lids that can be caught here.

 

i live a couple of miles from the shannon and about 12 miles from the famous hot water strech in lanesborough.

 

well thats all for now.

I've fished Lanesborough .. it's often wall-to-wall .................anglers :D

 

You don't mention the hot-water outflow from the power-station just down-stream of Shannonbridge?!

 

I only thing that makes me grumpy about Ireland is the way some fisheries boards and anglers treat pike :mad:
