i cant see nor hear anything in the vid especially the "visibly" shocked public although i find it strange if its the exact same time from both cameras you dont see the bicycle leaving in the overhead shots

Yes, for once you are correct, Mitchell is evidently a mulit-millionaire & he used part of that wonga to employ a top law firm + private investigators to discover, perhaps, that some of 'Britains Finest' had been telling porkies, big time an' all. So, you've obviously have got £nowt, so have I; so who then are the plebs, Mr Mitchell or you & I?

The Metropolitan Police is carrying out the investigation—Operation Alice—with the lightest of supervision from the Commission. (very very slowly )The allegation that a serving police officer may have fabricated an account and concealed that he was an officer is an extremely serious matter and raises broad questions about the integrity and honesty of some officers. When we took evidence on this matter from the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, we asked him why the investigation had not been passed on to the Commission for independent investigation. He responded that “we did try. We did ask them; of course, they concluded they either could not or would not”.37
2. We also wrote to Sir Jeremy Heywood who claimed that his role had been heavily circumscribed. However, investigations may have proceeded more expeditiously either had the Metropolitan Police been more forthcoming with certain details (such as Mr Mitchell’s request to see the police log book) or if Sir Jeremy had shared with the police the e-mail purporting to be from a member of the public and other issues arising from his investigation. A simple sharing of information could have helped to alleviate whatever problems had been caused, in this as in many other, lower-profile cases.

Its that time of year, all the lanes and cul de sacs in my village have just been resurfaced - only done last year and the year before and the year before that......cant lose the budget or spend it on a decent kids park or things we need such as a crossing for the main road or putting some speed bumps down some of the roads.

Barry the man himself is a pleb he swore at police officers me and you would get arrested but he thought he was above the law if he didnt use the word pleb he still swore at the officer if he was squeaky clean the whole thing would have vanished many months ago he swore at the officer and in my book he is a pleb a first class one he is a blue nose tory who think they are the elite class but they still use toilet paper to wipe there backside after being on toilet just like you and me.

 

The MP has apologised for not treating officers with respect after he was told not to take his bike through the main Downing Street entrance in September.

The Conservative admitted swearing at them but has always disputed newspaper claims he described police as "plebs".

 

Barry he denide calling anybody at first but then had to come clean what he means by saying with not treating the officers with respect he actually swore at them he is now trying slip the hook on technicality i wonder if its the first time he has had some sort confrontation with the officers on duty i bet you a much as you like this wont have been the first time he has had a run in with them he must have wound them big style again he thinks he was above the law when clearly he isnt he started the who thing by abusing the police they should have he just said what he probably called them a pack of barstewards it would have been much easyer the police officers were probably actually trying to play it down when the word pleb was used.
