Asteroid near-miss next month?

As reported here http://www.gizmag.com/asteroid-da14-close-call-2013/25745/ a 130,000 ton asteroid will miss the Earth by just 20,000 miles on Feb 15th of this year. That's less than three Earth diameters so it's a pretty close call.

What do the AN resident astronomers know about it?

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed."

Solar wind would have trouble blowing a grain of sand off course. Still, it is a nearish miss and I'm not sure we now have assets available to move such a rock away from an earth strike.
